Marina Rubio

Marina Rubio is CQC registered and has completed training in safeguarding adults level 1 and 2, the manager’s role in safeguarding, Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, care of medicines, first aid, infection control, health and safety, food hygiene and safety, leadership, Unconscious Bias and data protection. Marina also has degree in psychology and a Masters degree in Healthcare - University of Granada.

Mandy Burgoyne and Maxine Clark have many years of experience providing hands-on guidance to staff so our team delivers high standards of support to residents every day of the week. They have completed training in safeguarding adults and the manager's role in safeguarding, supervisory management, Montessori for Ageing and Dementia, mental capacity, the Prevent Duty,  preventing bullying, safer recruitment, first aid, food hygiene and equality and diversity. 

 

DEVELOPMENT WORKERS

The role our staff play is crucial to providing high standards of care and support.  We recruit staff who demonstrate our ethos, many already qualified and experienced to a high level. They provide, care, support and develop and lead meaningful activities with residents. All staff receive a full induction and complete the Care Certificate. Where not already qualified they go on to achieve NVQ levels 2/3.  They are trained in safeguarding adults, Montessori for Ageing and Dementia, food hygiene and safety, first aid, safer recruitment, medications, The Prevent Duty, mental capacity, preventing bullying, equality and diversity, moving and handling.
