We want highly motivated people with a genuine desire to provide a positive and engaging environment for residents at Cabrini House in Orpington. Our Interventions Manager will help you identify appropriate learning and development solutions to support residents with education and engaging personal experiences that develop individuals’ behaviours and skills.

You’ll deliver learning and development programmes to adults from a variety of backgrounds and ethnicity, with a range of complex needs and disabilities, following Diagrama’s renowned and unique methodology, which is operated at more than 35 of our centres across Europe.
Your skills and competencies will align to our values and you will take a conscientious and dedicated approach to health and personal care.
Ideally, you will have relevant qualifications up to and including a degree or equivalent. But more importantly, you will be dedicated to ensuring the well-being of our residents and willing to go the extra mile to enrich their lives.
