Accommodation and Location

Cabrini House home for adults with learning disabilities is situated in the leafy suburbs of Orpington in Kent - in a private cul-de-sac comprising three large detached residential properties set in generous grounds.

Each individual property provides a warm and friendly atmosphere providing a home-from-home environment for residents.

The properties are all well equipped with communal kitchens and large comfortable living and dining rooms.

A large number of bedrooms benefit from ensuite facilities. All bedrooms can be decorated and tailored to the residents’ personal tastes and can be provided on a furnished or unfurnished basis. We welcome and encourage our residents to bring their own furniture and personal effects in order to make their bedroom as ‘homely’ as possible.

Cooking and clothes washing facilities are accessible to all residents who are actively encouraged to prepare their own food and, where appropriate, to wash their own clothes.

The three properties enjoy large gardens which are used regularly by residents and are equipped with a range of garden furniture.
